The Capstone Rural Health Center is a nurse-managed center for the delivery of family-centered primary health care by the faculty of the Capstone College of Nursing at The University of Alabama. The faculty established this ongoing nursing practice arrangement in Parrish, Alabama. The services include primary health care, health promotion, disease prevention, case management, support groups, health education, home visits, and community-based health programming. This center offers quality primary health care services by nurse practitioners, faculty and students.
